History, events, culture, character, strong emotions, traditions, sports and nature. These are some of the things that come to mind when we think of Pori, the 10th largest city in Finland with around 85,000 inhabitants.
Our mill is located in the Copper Industry Park by the Kokemäenjoki River flowing through the city. Copper has been studied, refined and used at the same site for a very long time, dating back to 1940.
Today, this area of 100,000 m² is occupied by several companies that share a common interest in copper.
Better life in Pori
According to a survey conducted by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare a few years ago, Pori had the happiest residents of all Finnish cities with more than 60,000 inhabitants.
The city itself provides many reasons to be happy: Pori, the heart of Satakunta, is one of the largest and oldest cities in Finland, offering diverse recreational opportunities, unique nature, and various events throughout the year. You can enjoy all of this while enjoying affordable housing in the city centre.
At the same time, the city of Pori is small enough so that everyday life is safe and easy. Whether you live in the heart of the city or on the outskirts of the town, everything in Pori is close by – services, work, hobbies and schools.
